An accomplished public administrator, disability rights advocate, and community leader with over three decades of experience in public service and grassroots engagement.
She holds an M.Sc. and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, and HND and OND qualifications in Business Administration and Management from Auchi Polytechnic.
Since joining the Edo State Unified Local Government Service Commission in 1994, she has served with distinction and is currently attached to the Etsako West Local Government Council, Auchi. As a physically challenged woman and wheelchair user, she is a passionate advocate for the rights, inclusion, and empowerment of persons with disabilities, particularly women and girls with disabilities.
Mrs. Alasa serves as Secretary of the Association of Persons with Disabilities in Etsako West Local Government Area and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Network for the Advancement of People with Visible Disabilities (NAPVID). Through her leadership, advocacy, and public service, she continues to champion accessibility, equal opportunities, and the meaningful participation of persons with disabilities in society.
