4. Chief (Sir) Oseni Elamah, FCA, FCTI, mni

A distinguished Nigerian public administrator, chartered accountant, and tax expert with decades of experience in public finance, taxation, and institutional reform.

He is widely recognized for pioneering transformational tax reforms in Edo State as Executive Chairman of the Edo State Internal Revenue Service (EIRS), significantly increasing the state's Internally Generated Revenue (IGR). He also served as Executive Secretary of the Joint Tax Board (JTB), providing leadership to Nigeria’s tax administration system and coordinating revenue authorities across the federation.

A Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chief Elamah is an alumnus of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru. He holds the traditional titles of Okaoivbiore of Benin Kingdom and Gimba of Auchi. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Network for the Advancement of People with Visible Disabilities (NAPVID), supporting efforts to advance disability rights and inclusion in Nigeria.
