To advance disability-inclusive governance in Edo State, the Network for the Advancement of Persons with Visible Disabilities (NAPVID), with support from International IDEA under the RoLAC II Small Grant, is commissioning a research survey focused on the Edo State Civil Service.
This consultancy will generate evidence on how effectively disability inclusion principles are being integrated across key Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs). The study will examine recruitment systems, workplace accessibility, staff attitudes, and institutional compliance with the Disability Rights Law—providing the data needed to inform meaningful reforms and guide advocacy efforts.
The full Expression of Interest (EOI) document outlines the study’s purpose, scope, methodology, deliverables, and the required qualifications for interested consultants or firms.
